Gunnar recently embarked on a captivating project for Icelandic Lamb, delving deep into the heart of Iceland’s rugged highlands. In the serene and untouched landscapes of Landmannaafrétt, near the famous Landmannalaugar region, Gunnar set out to capture the traditional sheep gathering, an event rich in cultural heritage and communal spirit.
This project aimed to showcase the unique bond between the Icelandic people and their land, highlighting the annual gathering of sheep from the highlands – a practice steeped in tradition.
